Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. There is no entry fee to participate.
2. Dimensions of work (maximum size is 80 cubic cm)
3. Maquettes must be delivered to the Glasshouse by no later than 18th October, however if you have an outdoor piece, you can deliver the maquettes on 14th October, the same day the outdoor exhibition is being installed.

4. You can nominate your entry for sale, with a 20% commission payable to the Port Macquarie-Hastings Council. The fee will go towards staging the AquaSculpture11 event.
5. Artists are responsible for insuring their works against loss, theft or damage.

FINAL DATE FOR RECEIPT OF ENTRY FORMS IS 30 SEPTEMBER 2011

How to apply:

1. Complete a form for each entry.
2. Attach a photograph, slide, disc or working drawing of your entry, which is labelled with your name, the title of the work and the sale price.
3. Attach a stamped self-addressed envelope for return of materials.
4. Attach a cheque or money order payable to AquaSculpture11 and post to:
   AquaSculpture11, Port Macquarie-Hastings Council, PO Box
   84, Port Macquarie, NSW 2444; or hand deliver to a Council
   office.
