29 July
Lorraine Connelly-Northey – our October artist in residence – gives a presentation in the Regional Gallery coinciding with a touring exhibition from the Museum of Contemporary Art, which includes one of her works – open to all local residents.

19 – 23 September
The Education@ the Glasshouse program for students in school groups from years 3 to 6 with the focus on sculpture with local artists as tutors.

Workshops will be held at the Scouts Hall, Hollingworth Street, Port Macquarie.
This is an opportunity for artists and families to participate in a sculpture event, at a nominal cost (adults $5 per day, children $2, includes a light lunch).

SCULPTURE AUCTION
On Sunday 23 October at 11am,  the winner of the Peoples' Choice Prize (sponsored by Greg Cacace of Crema Espresso Bar) will be announced.  Immediately thereafter, experienced local auctioneer Tony Dekker of PRDNationwide (another of our sponsors) will conduct an auction of some of the entries in this year's AquaSculpture. There will be six entries auctioned, they can be outdoor or indoor exhibits.   Exhibitors can nominate their entries for the auction, and set a reserve.  Please contact Jenny Hutchison on 6584 4294 if you would like your entry considered for the auction.
